Human Resource Manager

Jeane Kearl serves as Riverside’s Human Resource Manager, overseeing functions including Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, and Accounts Payable. Her primary focus is to ensure that employee needs are met and aligned with the company’s corporate strategy and vision. Jeane’s journey began after graduating from Utah State University in 2003 when she embarked on her career as a Human Resource Manager at a small manufacturing plant in Salt Lake City. As the role evolved, so did the complexities of Human Resources law, prompting Jeane to pursue and obtain her HRCI certification as a Professional in Human Resources in 2005, followed by her Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional designation in 2015. To adapt to the dynamic nature of the field, Jeane also acquired complementary skills, including Certified Payroll Manager certification, before joining Riverside in 2019.

Outside of her professional endeavors at Riverside, Jeane finds fulfillment in raising and training young Warmblood horses. This hobby provides a perfect balance between hands-on, physical labor and the cerebral tasks demanded by her role at Riverside. The synergy between the two aspects enhances her overall satisfaction and well-being, highlighting the importance of work-life balance in achieving fulfillment.
