Add video to newsletters and customize your sending address

You can now add a video that opens on your site in one click, right from your newsletter. And your newsletter now sends from a personalized address tied to your own subdomain, instead of a generic default, so every issue lands looking consistent and unmistakably yours.

Add video: When editing your newsletter post, click the video icon in the edit bar at the top of the page. Select a previously exported video from your Riverside account. The preview image will be added to the bottom of your newsletter by default, but you can drag it and rearrange your email tiles as you wish.

Customize your sending address: Riverside sends your newsletter from an email address that matches your website’s custom subdomain: no-reply@[subdomain].riverside.com.
