Naomi had an unusual route into the audio industry. Self-taught as a podcaster, she started her first show in her bedroom alongside her career as a veterinarian, before realising her passion for podcasting and her desire to create a career around the medium of audio. Fast-forward 6 years, and Naomi now owns Everybody Media, through which she has developed a global network of industry connections from her work with the International Women's Podcast Awards and The Everybody Collective. She is also the host and producer of multiple successful podcasts. Naomi has worked with brands including the BBC, Amazon Music, Wondery, Shure, Focusrite and Acast, and is a passionate advocate of improving inclusion in all aspects of the audio industry.
Michele is Executive Director of The Podcast Academy (TPA) which is an organization for professional podcasters that puts on The Ambies, the awards for excellence in audio. She is also the Executive Producer of the Stories of Impact Podcast, as well as being a partner at Forte Business Consulting, which provides Business Development and Association Management services for the publishing industry.
Kendall Breitman leads Riverside's community of creators, supporting the thousands of creators in the Riverside community, helping them hone their skills, create new connections, and reach their goals. A people person to her core, Kendall's passion is connecting with creators and hearing their stories. Before joining Riverside, Kendall worked as a political reporter and television producer for news outlets like NBC and Bloomberg.
