Make your transcript get it right every time

We’ve all got those words the transcript always gets wrong, whether it’s your co-host’s name, or a sponsor you mention every episode. Now, correct it once in your transcript and save it to your Dictionary, and from then on your transcript gets it right automatically. 

Your Dictionary is your studio’s list of correction rules, and you can edit it any time from the Personalize section.

No more fixing the same thing every episode. Huge time-saver.

There are two ways to add an entry to your Dictionary:

1. Transcript (in your Editor)- after you correct a word in the transcript, you get an option to save that correction to the dictionary.
2. Personalize section: go to the Tone & Voice tab of the Personalize section to see your dictionary to add, edit, and remove dictionary entries.
